So my family is really close with my dad's brother's family. My cousins are awesome. One in particular I have been close with for pretty much our entire life. She's a bit younger than me. When I started to explore new ideas and break down my self judgements on taboo topics, I got more interested in incest. I now see her as attractive. I know the dangers of incest, both physical and mental.
My cousin is fairly "normal" in that she doesn't seem to be interested in strange things like incest. Should I wait it out just calling it hormonal desire, or should I do something about it? It isn't really that strong so I think it would be the former, but I still would like to hear your input.

    I don't know what your local law says about cousin relationships, but over here it's not illegal and therefor not considered incest.

    In most European countries to married with a cousin is not considered incest. Its legal and Catholic Church of Rome does the weeding. I have several weddings in my family between cousins and the children are quite normal and happy. That is a Anglo-Saxon taboo.
    I can respect the culture.
    Its not a sin under the catholic Church of Rome.

        Why do you care about what others say? Live your own life and be happy with the person you love.
        Unless you live in a tiny village and you both are dependent from your families I can't see the point, I don't know your age but if you are old enough leave to another place and start a knew life there. If there is love strings to do it just pop up and chances will appear. You can work and study at the same time and start life from the button.

        Show people you are a guy with ca rather and face people telling them there is nothing wrong about your love torts your cousin and you both want to keep going with it. Be sure she also wants the same and that she his prepared for it. Otherwise there is no point in fighting it. You both must want it badly.
