At what age is it appropriate to be able to have sex with another person of any age. Older women with younger men, or visa versa

I picked 18, I was 21 when I met my current girlfriend of 2 years and she was 33 at the time, then we had a break and I picked up a 49 year old on the rebound. High five anyone?
If both pesons are willing and understand what they want then who has the right to tell them what they want
A good point i agree with totally. I know some 18 year olds who have the maturity of a 40 year old and to marry one would be ok. Then i know 40 year olds that belong in a nursing home bed next to others who are almost dead. Its up to the person. I know 2 girls one 19 and the other 21 who both are with guys over 40. Both are very happy!
I don't think it's a single point in time. I think whatever age you are, there's a band of ages it's appropriate to be sexually active with.
For instance, I don't think it's appropriate for a 21 year old to be having sex with a hundred year old, but it's fine for a 90 year old and a hundred year old. And good luck to them if they're still up for it at their ages.
