Still haven't really. It's a bit different for me though because I'm gay (or at least mostly gay) and didn't feel safe coming out or really even acknowledging it to myself until I was in my early 20s.
Honestly, 27.
Edit: It's actually 26. I made the same mistake of forgetting my age again. Damn, it's still pretty late for an adult though. XD
Kind of. I wasn't really interested in dating people nor was I confident until I reached that age. I did experiment with other people, but those aren't relationships. A dude messaged me from Facebook asking if I wanted to go out so I tested the waters with him for a while with a few dates but I ended it since nothing came out of that, so I'm a bit iffy about counting him since I never kissed him or slept with him. I decided to look on dating sites and that's where I met the dude I'm dating now, Peter. I'm pretty happy with him. Honestly, I didn't get my first kiss until I started dating him. Sorry for the long explanation. XD
Same here (but we met in a game). I haven't physically met my bf yet and I'll be 26 when I finally do, later this year. I always had too much anxiety issues to get close with people so I avoided dating, but I'm finally starting to grow out of that, for him. Still nervous as hell to meet though lol. It will be my first everything.
I was 16 she was 15 . We met at college, we were together for almost two years.
On my 17th birthday we were at a small house party (piss up) thrown in my honour. She beckoned me upstairs & locked the bedroom door behind us. I got the other part of my birthday present that night, we both lost our virginity in the hosts bedroom.
He just laughed when he found out.
The host of the party was my best mate and 4 months later she dumped me and got with him. Oh the irony. I comforted myself with the fact that their relationship lasted 3 weeks.
I saw her last month for the first time in nearly 25 years.
Time has not been kind to her.
In high school there was a girl two years younger than me, we hung out together a lot and were good friends but it was totally platonic.
As a freshman in college I met a girl who became my first real girlfriend and I lost my virginity to her. I was 18 and she was 20.
At 15, shared a few interests with some guys/girls, but it didn't go anywhere because, well, high school.
Started really dating in college. Met a few crazies along the way, but it's fun looking back at it.
15. Her name was Juanita. She looked like a young Jlo. Big butt and all. Her parents came home early one night and nearly caught us screwing in her bedroom. She dumped me shortly after that and tore my heart out. Years later we talked about all that and laughed our asses off!
My first girlfriend was at age 5, if you can count her as that. All we did was pick flowers for each other and hold hands and she kissed my cheek once. As far as a real relationship goes, my first was at 14 and it lasted a year until I moved out of state. Its funny how I would like to see them both again even after all this time.
24.
Any previous relationships were me just going with the flow of things, not sure what I was searching for.
I was 12 and in the seventh grade, we were in a relationship until the tenth grade. We both met each other's families and although it was mostly stupid kid love, it was sorta legit.
I dated a girl when i was 17 but it wasn't serious and i didn't consider her my girlfriend, I didn't have an actual girlfriend till 18
Defo 16 fist love of my life, were still friends. lost my virginity at 15 to a lassie in Majorca from Nottingham England will never forget her mind am Scottish. But totally loved my first love gave it a try a few times but never worked out apart from the sex bit but that's the easy bit.
I was 18 and she was 17, both of us in our last year of high school. We didn't have a lot in common but she was a friend of a friend and the only other gay person I knew. I think we both really wanted to date /someone/ even if we weren't a great match. It was sweet but awkward while it lasted (5 months) and she ended up breaking up with me because she liked someone else.
I was heartbroken, but it was for the best. 7 years later now, I'm more confident and have a better understanding of who I am and what I want in a relationship, instead of just going with whoever shows interest.
It was between 10-13. Wasn't serious, obviously, and was for a skateboard. Was her idea and I was a little douche so I done it and got a new skateboard.
