Sometimes my ass-hole hurts. i dont know why it happens, it seems like a spasm and it also hurts my stomache as well. Also for reference, i am not gay or indulge in any anal related activities other than disposal of fecal matter.

    Very rarely, I get what feels like a spasm in my a**hole. It's so strange and it feels equally weird!

    That sometimes happens to me too. I'll get this "shock" that goes from my anus up to my stomach, and it hurts so badly! I am a female, and no I don't engage in anal sex. The pain just randomly happens...
