Asking someone for their address to send a b-day card = awkward

I find it awkward when I want to send a friend or acquaintance a birthday or Christmas card but I don't know their mailing address so I have to ask them first and tell them I want to send them a card.

    Or, you can give them the present the next time you see them. I'm sure they won't mind if the gift is a little late. :)

    Don't let it be awkward, Just ask for their address! if they cant figure out why then theyre stupid. Unless you look like some sort of stalker. If they wont give it or ask why then nevermind..

    when you ask them about there address don't say your sending the card just send it so when they get it there excited

    The only part I hate about it is that it's not a surprise

    That's why try to find them out maybe for some other reason or way first

    Like I did with my one friend when I handmade her valentines then sent them to her. I think one of them still held up she uses as a bookmark
