As a guy, i love it when women gently stroke my belly while we cuddle

I don't know why, my belly is just really sensitive to touch (I'm male, 24, lean/fit/athletic build). Whenever I've cuddled with different women (side-by-side or me as the small spoon), I typically take one of their hands and place it on my belly area. It feels SOOO good when they just gently stroke their fingers across my stomach (over my shirt). But whenever I've motioned them to do this, they kind of laugh as if it's... too weird/out there? I don't know. What do you guys think?
