Aroused by the germans conquering france. is this normal?

Hello everyone. I just wanted to start off and say that I'm a young, male adult who also happens to have a fairly big interest in WWII. I would also like to state that, right off the bat, I am not a Nazi sympathizer in anyway, and I would never want to join them or be one. But with that all being said, for some strange reason, I always find myself getting excited watching footage of the Germans invading and conquering France. Everything, from watching them marching into Paris, to the surrender in the train car, to the raising of the Nazi flag on the Eiffel gets me well, simply put, extremely aroused. I'm not exactly sure what to think about this, because part of me is, quite frankly, ashamed for feeling like this. So I guess my question is this; is this a normal feeling? And does anyone else feel the same way, or have similar feelings?

Well, ever since I read about the Battle for France I felt this way. I do not think the Germans are genetically superior or if they are, only marginally so. Its just amazing how the Germans trounced the French military like they were nothing

  I agree. It was the exact same thing for me as well when I first read about the Battle for France, and even more so when I read about all the details such as how the German victory parade followed the same route through the Arc de Triomphe and down the Champs Élysées as the French victory parade had taken after the First World War. Or the surrender in railway carriage at Compiègne. Or how the Germans hung massive red, white, and black swastika flags in Paris and even the Eiffel tower itself. The French even humiliated themselves even further by collaborating with Germans just to save their own skins. I could see why people and even the French themselves would begin to think that the Germans really were superior after all of this. It was complete, total domination. What do you think?

    Germanys conquest of France may have been the most effective military operation in history, but if we're being completely honest France failed so hard because they invested too much into the Maginot Line instead of their military. Even so it still doesn't completely explain how the Germans beat them like they were small children, but it does give us some context and at times its hard to say the Germans weren't at least a little bit superior even if they weren't.
    
    And contrary to popular belief the majority of France quietly submitted to their new lords. Less than 10% actually served in or aided the Resistance

      True, the Maginot Line was an embarrassing mistake, but like you said it still doesn't fully explain how the Germans owned them so quickly, and the French still ended up looking incompetent. Maybe the French deep down were afraid of the Germans? I don't know, but there is something exciting about how a once respected empire like France was dominated so easily, and then forced to watch their conquerors have a victory parade in their own capital. The Germans took away their dignity, and the total submission of the French people is well, arousing as well. What part of the Germans dominating the French excites you the most, btw?

        Well truth be told the French were clearly terrified of the Germans. The French rank and file knew that in a straight up fight the Germans would scrap them and they were right. I have to wonder how many of the French men felt inferior to their Aryan OpFor.
        
        To be honest what excites me most about the sacking of France was how much the Germans must have enjoyed humiliating France. After WW1 the Germans were thirsty for revenge and I bet it felt so good stomping the French into paste. And then after they dealt with the fighting men, all of the French people, especially the women, had to pay deference to their Aryan conquerors. The people of France must have felt so much shame, especially the men and surely the Germans must have felt so superior to their new subjects. And of course why wouldn't the Germans feel superior? Everything their propaganda told them turned out to be true.

        The French men probably already felt inferior to their German counterparts even before their surrender in 1940. (Germany already beaten and embarrassed France once before in 1871.) After the surrender in WWII, these feelings I'm sure intensified. There seemed to be evidence that not only did they consider the Germans intellectually superior, but in some ways, physically as well. They often described the German men, for example, as being blonde, muscular, and blue eyed. Likewise the German women were seen as voluptuous and well endowed. Some French women found the men good looking for these reasons, while the French men liked the more curvy shapes of the women. Of course its not like the French women really had a choice either way, and considering that the birth rate boomed in 1942 with an estimated 200,000 children born to Franco-German couples, the Germans clearly had their way with the women. The French men of course, were kept away from the German women. Honestly, the way the Germans dominated the French is incredible, and you're right, it's extremely exciting thinking about how superior the Germans must have thought they were after their conquest.

I'm not proud of it, but the thought in the men of France being killed and their women being raped by the superior Aryan male definitely arouses me. I dislike the Nazis, by the way.

Sounds like a domination fantasy, possibly a violent one. Luckily for you there are women out there that like that sort of thing, look into your local BDSM community and start getting to know people, the more you learn about how all of that works the better you'll be able to access if it's for you.

  While I agree that I most likely have a domination fetish, I don't know if I agree about the violent part. I don't like seeing people hurt, I don't like the Nazis and hate their crimes, but at the same time seeing the French humbled and humiliated is exciting to me. (It's almost like I have two different mindsets in the same body sometimes.) Thanks for the advice however. That might work if the woman in question is German. :)

        To be honest, I don't really have a specific fetish for German women, even though I find many attractive. But I find women of other ethnicities attractive as well. German, Jewish or otherwise, I like most American women regardless of their ethnicity. :)
