Arms ache when thinking about depressing things? iin?

I've been getting these aches in my arms (mainly my right arm, though) whenever I start wishing I had friends or just anything remotely depressing. It starts in the beginning of my arm and goes down to my inner elbow, to my forearm, wrist, and when it gets to the palm of my hand the aching gets worse, then it ends in my middle and ring finger. I can stop thinking about depressing stuff, yet the aching is still there. Is this normal?
By the way, I was diagnosed with mild depression (which can cause aches and pains) around April/May of this year but I don't think I actually have it.

That happens to me, too. Usually just my left forearm, but I feel it in my wrist sometimes. It only happens when I'm thinking of something REALLY sad, though.

I don't know if it's normal, but at least we're not alone :)
