Virginity is a slippery concept. The dictionary definition of a virgin is someone who hasn't had sexual intercourse, but most people also define virginity as being sexually inexperienced. And then there are those people who believe that they remain virgins even though they've engaged in anal sex.
Guys tend to equate sex as having their penis in a vagina, but that's only one aspect of sex.
I don't see why you need to be concerned about whether you should still be wearing the "Officially Virgin" label. You're sexually inexperienced, but not a complete noob, so maybe you should see yourself as being in some in-between state at the moment.
By the way, "issues with staying hard" aren't something you should be too concerned about if you're as young as your question makes you sound. Performance anxiety is very often the cause of problems with erections. If you can just relax and get totally into the moment, things almost certainly will happen. If you continue to worry about not getting hard, you probably won't.
Any sexual act which you take part in with a partner is an end to your virginity. You can't take your virginity on your own but as soon as you've done something with someone else you're no longer a virgin.
That's how I understand it anyway.
yes to legally consummate a marriage intercourse is a requirement. Oral sex is just kissing genitals.
