Apparently I am, since making simple observations about races is considered "racism" these days; even though I treat all beings with the same respect.
No, and it amazes me when I hear about racism still going on today. It makes no sense to me. There are many things I do not understand why they haven't died out thousands of years ago such as racism, most religion, homophobia, prejudism towards disabilities, inhumane animal/human cruelty, polluting factories, etc.
I am getting off topic, but humanity will fail until they learn to stop these things.
You could make the argument that humanity was doing better until we started caring about those things. You could make the argument that society is slowly crumbling thanks to humanism being taken to its logical extremes. I'm not saying that I'm making those arguments though.
No, I love every race. Every race has its own beauty. Someone who knows me once told me that I'm colour blind in the sense that though I am conscious of my own race and that of the other person or persons it doesn't affect how I interact with them and I took that as a compliment.
Yup. It's a negative trait, but I won't change.
And I'll stop being racist, when gypsies start being normal human beings!
Nope.
I don't prejudge based on skin color; I do based on clothing though.
The concept of "race" is a social and political construct. Racial categories are not real. By "real," I mean based on facts that people can even begin to agree on: factors that are permanent, objective, logical, scientific.
Although race isn't real, racism is. Many countries (e.g USA, UK) embraced the idea of race because it helped make the idea of slavery acceptable.
A person's race can change depending on physical location. For example: in West Africa I am considered white, yet the simple act of getting on a plane and stepping out into say, Germany I am considered black.
In regard to race I believe everyone has their prejudices, even if they're subtle and unconscious.
