Are you people aware of the is it normal member chat room?

I wasn't aware ;) I've only been on here for a few days. Seems like I don't meet the requirements though. I guess I'll have to wait and see for myself.

Bear in mind that there is a requirement for you to 'have been around for a little while and (to) have contributed positively to the community.' At the time of writing, therefore, I'm assumed to be a jibbering knuckle scraper who's suspected of being unable to walk and chew gum at the same time.

I'm afraid my past experience of live chat rooms with their random, stream of thought banality, resulting in conversations which left me convinced I was attempting to communicate with a creature from some far flung planet, has left me reluctant to leave the cosy ambience and comparitively sophisticated environs of the main forum.

Apart from that, I can't praise them highly enough!

I'm aware of it. I stopped going over a year ago. I sometimes want to go back, but I'm not ready to just yet.
