Well, I don't think most guys will find it gross. For women though, I think it's more a fashion faux pas, like >.<

For some reason, all the females I've seen with camel toes have either been very old or moms who wear saddlebags (you know those small bags that hook around the waist), their husbands have high-water shorts and wear sandals with white socks and their kids have bowl haircuts and high-water and extremely unfashionable clothes. There's been only one man who I have seen with a camel toe and he played Drew Barrymore's overweight curly haired friend in Babes in Toy-land.

Moose knuckles =-O are much worse than camel toes.

It does look very uncomfortable. I think people find it gross because it's usually on larger/ curvier ladies and so it's like two rids of fat sticking out... lol that description is a bit weird. I don't think I could possibly ever get a "camel toe". Though I've never worn spandex leggings. But when I do see a woman with on I do think "Jesus, does she KNOW it looks like that?".
