I got offered a beer fromy dad for the first time on Xmas eve. It was cool. Obviously not my first but my first offered by my own dad was like a whole new level of manliness.

The way may family reacts and equates every with religion?!

    Fuck No!

I remember I went to the Moulin Rouge and we were served both white and red wine. Before, I even try out the first one one of my relatives has a freakout and says I can only have a little with the excuse of "You don't know how it will effect you" to justify her actions. She would barely let me finish the first and kept trying to steal it from me. Then I tried the white and managed to get another refill. Total flip out!

That whole thing was extremely awkward especially, looking at a show of topless french women, with your family sitting right next to you, and trying not to show a shred of emotion....

Why did you go to Moulin Rouge with your (religious?) parents?

I went with a tour group.

"My relatives" were my grandmother and her brother.... Her brother's more laid back about things and she's just fucking nuts.

If I could of had it my way, I would've 1. gone to Europe either by myself or with a good friend. 2. not joined a bloody tour group 3.etc.

I really fail to see the need for a flip out anyway. I'm of age of in France....

Definitely not my mom, she's the worst buzzkill in the world. My dad and one brother, I'm fine drinking with but they're not my choice of people to hang out with so I don't do it often.
