Are you at risk of illegal porn when on reputable websites?

I always thought if I'm watching porn on Pornhub or xvideos that anything i watch is legal and 18+ . Im attracted to all kinds of woman but I do enjoy Petite woman quite a lot too , I think in an evolutionary sense because I'm also quite thin.

Sometimes the actresses may be hard to nail down on an exact age, and I always just thought that " Im using a reputable site (such as Pornhub or Xvideos) so of course the actress is of age" I just want to be safe and i don't want to see anybody underage in that way ever.

Is that not the case? should I be worried about accidentally stumbling on something illegal? i mean... most of the stuff i watch on pornhub seems popular and mainstream enough to not be at risk, but sometimes i stumble on "amateur" videos on pornhub or whatever and I just always assumed that no matter what of course the actress is over 18.

    amateur has a higher chance of being underage than premium

    I wouldn't worry about it too much, but I would suggest moving on rapidly if you come across anything that makes you wonder, and I'd also suggest using the reporting tool.

    I don't know what sort of screening the big porn sites have, but I'm sure they must be acutely aware of the dangers to them in purely commercial terms if they were to host underage videos. Still, a quick Google tells me that nearly a million hours of porn was uploaded to Pornhub in 2018 (that's 115 years of porn watched 24/7). I seriously doubt if they have a huge team of people reviewing every second of every video before it appears on the site.

    It possible, but if they don't label it as child porn and its not bloodily obvious, you will have a good defence. That is also why I stick to pornhub, more mainstream so I think its safer. I don't wanna see that shit.

      I dont think people are stupid enough to upload that shit on clearnet sites. They are usually constrained to the deep dark web... them there are fucked up motherfuckers.

        Thats the thought, I am sure its still possible you find some child porn on there though, just because it is easy to hide if she looks older or is like 17.

    It's possible some if the models are underage. But unlikely. Those we sights are usually pretty strict about the verification process. Xhamster though not so much. I dont recall getting carded on there.

    So I worked as a paralegal & did some pre-law, so I can sort of answer legal questions, but take my advice with a grain of salt coz I'm not a lawyer.

    So..."viewing" child/underaged adult pornography won't necessarily get you in trouble. It will if you seek it out and download it- so, sorry pedos, no free pass.

    A lot of people mistakenly "view" illegal porn images. Like, if you go to sites like 4chan without knowing better, there's a chance you'll see it. Where you get into trouble is if you download & keep files & where you get into even MORE trouble is if you distribute files.

    So, sites like porn hub would be responsible for the content they host. If they were to get caught knowingly distributing underaged porn, they would get in BIG TIME trouble. Things probably slip through the cracks, though, because they do allow users to upload content. This is why sites like reddit's now closed "jailbait" were allowed to exist, even though some of the images were questionable at best.

    In short, you should be ok. The people who own those websites would be the ones getting busted.

    Having said that, you should be careful about what you search & what you download. I'd also recommend doing some reading about sex trafficking & the exploitation of underaged people in pornography so you can discourage yourself from going down that road.
