Yes and no. I think it's disgusting but I'm not going to deny that freedom from consensual adults who aren't hurting anyone. However, I most certainly DO NOT approve of them having children. Ever. The children don't deserve that.

Its not only me the law says it as well. You legally can not marry someone of the same blood. Inbreeding creates medical issues just look at dogs. You need variety to have a healthy baby.

Cousin marriage is very common historically, and not just in Islam. Edgar Allan Poe, Queen Victoria and Charles Darwin all married their cousins, just to name a few.
In reality, there's not much risk in having children with a first cousin, since they only share 12.5% of their DNA. However it's a lot more risky when there's a disease that runs in the family, like what happened to the European royal families with hemophilia; but the royals were so intent on keeping their blood "pure" that most of the marriages happened between cousins or related families.
Because of this I'd say that if practiced systematically it could be a problem, but if two healthy cousins wanted to get married and have babies, that should be perfectly fine.

True. Einstein, Saddam Hussein and Franklin Roosevelt would also be good examples. However, it is (and was) MUCH more prevalent in Islamic countries. I mean, worldwide, it has been estimated that almost half of all Muslims are inbred!

I think it's too risky PERIOD. I think 12,5% DNA is WAY too much.

Hmm. I'm on the fence with it. I often have romantic fantasies about having an imaginary brother where we're both secretly in love and share sort of a forbidden love story. It's less about the sex and more about the appeal of the taboo romance and excitement for me (although the love-making scenes in those fantasies are also great).
I don't have any real life siblings, however, so it might just be a way for me to experience something I never had. I may find it (or even fantasies about it) completely repulsive if I actually had any brothers or sisters. I'm on the fence with this.
As for parent / offspring relationships, I find them ok to roleplay or to fantasize about but am quite repulsed and opposed to them in real life.
