Heavy sleeper. I can have roadworks outside breaking stuff, making noise and still sleep like a log!
I would consider myself a light sleeper.
For example, if my family is up and talking,
then I will wake up from it and not be able to go back to sleep until they shut up or leave.
Heck, even somebody mowing their lawn
next door will wake me up.
Very heavy. I can be in the same room as a fire alarm going off and I won't wake up.
Normally I'm a heavy sleeper, but it's going on six weeks now since I've had a good night's sleep! Gotta say I'm bloody tired of being tired.
I used to be a much lighter sleeper than I am now. I used to struggle to sleep and I'd wake up with a fright at the slightest disturbance (like my backpack tipping over or something or the rain coming on). I seem to retain consciousness for quite a long time, sometimes when I'm actually asleep I'm still aware of what's going on in my room. Since I became a slightly heavier sleeper I don't stir unless I don't know what the disturbance is. So if I know it's a relative moving around in another room I won't bother waking up. But if it's a sudden bang that I don't recognise I'll practically jump out of bed.
I have an autoimmune disease and it makes me exhausted all the time. So on days I don't work I can easily sleep 14 hours
Depends.
By default, when I shut off for the night, nothing will be able to wake me up, but if necessary, I can sleep so lightly that I can be woken by my own thoughts, my name being called, or at a specific time.
I'm an exceptionally light sleeper. I jump up like someone shot me if I'm sleeping and you open my bedroom door.
It depends, if I'm on drugs or not. Haha.. light sleeper if a person walks into my room I'll wake up.. so annoying.
I have sleep apnea so if I don't wear a cpap mask I can sleep over 12 hours a day, sometimes as much as 16 hours.
