Are you a lazy reader?

Do a lot of paragraphs discourage you to read something?

When I see a story with more than two paragraphs I just give up. 10
If it's something I'm interested in then i'll keep reading. 51
Sometimes I just don't have time to read the whole thing. 7
My mind is a sponge, I read everything. 13
Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

It is nicer when people break their text into paragraphs, makes for easy reading

  • It's inconsiderate of people to make posts that are super long, have no punctuation (or very little), lots of spelling and grammar errors, and don't make use of paragraphs to break up their big fucking WALL OF TEXT. I don't even bother wasting my time reading that drivel.

God, yeah. Who wants to actually learn stuff? That sounds horrible. Quick win all the time and all hail ignorance.

If it's boring I'll skim it, only taking the basic facts of it, or just leave if it's utterly pointless. If it's interesting though, I read like a hawk.

I'm too lazy to read my own writing. I break into paragraphs, when it makes sense to.

My most effective medium of learning is reading, so I kinda read everything.

I read the title, and if from the title It's fairly easy to figure out what the rest of the post will contain,I just scroll down and reply.Otherwise I read it.Think about what to reply as I'm reading,Then after I read the whole thing,I try to remember what I was supposed to reply, fail, retrieve some of the thoughts I had in my mind as I was reading, arrange them in the most coherent blabber I'm capable of,adding some things, taking others out and so forth, this while typing. When I don't understand a word or an unusual sentence,at least for me,and I'm not able to figure out what it means by intuition, cause one word has the grammatical value of another one in the same context, synonimouses and stuff,I look it up then read it again and go:How couldn't I see that before? It was so obvious.
Don't hold it against me,I'm not a geek.I'm just very, punctual. And actually this website is the only thing I read.I'm obsessed about it.I find people in here very interesting. They tickle my brains. And I love people who don't think twice before revealing potentially embarassing stuff about themselves.
    That's all.

I read everything although I do support the campaign for plain English - so everyone can enjoy the comments, not just the intellectuals.
