I always think most humans are deluded in their own way, do you think most are born that way?
By deluded I mean acting really insane after being born. In more depth when someone is deluded are they also born with mental health issues that makes them deluded if so to what extent?

Sadly, the human mind is a delusion machine. But, defenses against delusion can be learned. Mathematics, logic, and the scientific method are the central focus of the skills needed to recognize reality. It is your job as a parent to teach these to your kids. Trusting schools to do the job thoroughly only indicates your own delusionment.
The adults in their life (normally their parents) either allow their children to be deluded by others or teach them its normal; and that its normal to believe certain sources in society.
The world would be a much better place if parents maintained better control and taught their children how to separate facts from fiction and how to consider multiple sides of an issue.
Sadly, many parents (at least in the USA) feel that its the school systems responsibility to teach basic information like that, and the school system is set up to teach people to be employees (get a job); and not to be an independent successful person.

I can't tell if you're serious or not. The educational system does try to brainwash the youth, but tv's Hz has nothing to do with brainwashing.

The flicker rate is important. Lights blinking at a certain rate can trigger epilepsy for an example.

No-one is born deluded. We have a tendency to pick stuff up quickly when we are first born, though. So if you have a batshit crazy family, you're likely to share pick up their delusion and continue their trends unless you educate yourself.
We are all products of not only hereditary, but products of our environment.
Not really babies need to be easily able to be molded to conform to the societies "standards" if the kid is acting crazy blame the parents.
