Are these strange visions in my head normal?

For the past months I've been having these strange daydreams, flashbacks, and visions whenever I'm listening to music or when I'm outside. This is very weird because I have the worst memory ever. It's like I've been there before.. I tried telling my parents about my memories, and they were like "wtf, that never happened" but I'm 100% sure it was real, it felt real!

My visions are normally another person, either dying or laughing, or it's scenery. One time I had a vision of me, but it wasn't me (idk how to explain it) but I was in a field with flowers and I was happy, the thing was that no one else was there, I was just alone..

Can someone PLEASE TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON? I'm really scared and confused.

Yes it is compeltely normal. 16

A vivid imagination can be both a blessing and a curse. Many creative people suffer from it/are blessed with it!

I have a few memories that my parents don't remember. Some are pretty strange, but most are normal. Your perspective as a child, especially under 5 yrs old, is very different than your parents'. So you could be describing things they wouldn't recognize from your perspective, but they would understand from theirs.

Although it could be a number of things, I'm going to look at it from a mystical context. I'm not sure if I believe in reincarnation: probably more so than not. Assuming that it s true, then I would bet that you are having flashbacks from a earlier life. Just one of many theories

Listen man. This might be serious. You might have hard dreams which result in such a conflict between reality and virtuality. You should calm down, and think about it.

Think about how those faces appeared, think about where did they come from, and if you cant find the answer, then it is most likely a dream, or fiction.
