Are these headaches normal?

I have sworn to limit and try to avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup, I have been drinking iced tea sweetened honey and agave nectar and limited diet soda. I am experiencing nagging headaches which feel similar to caffeine withdrawal headaches. This puzzles me because the tea and diet soda that I am drinking have equal amounts of caffeine as the regular soda that I used to drink all day long. I cannot imagine what is causing the headaches

I can assure you that my "teeths" are better off than your grammar !

Anyway upon further examination I think the headaches my have something to do with High Fructose Corn Syrup. Apparently its highly addictive and the body goes through a withdrawal process when you stop consuming it.

hfcs is so freakin' evil (try googling all the different ways it hurts your body!) kudoa to recognizing that! i've banned it from my diet altogether as well. the only problem sometimes is that it's sneakily added into foods w/o u being aware! for instance, raisin bran, ketchup, sweet&sour sauces, jams, saltine crackers, cocktail mixes like your vodka & cranberry juice is loaded. don't be embarassed to ask in restaurants what condiments/ingredients contain it. that wzay they might think twice about buying stuff that contains it
