Are rape fantasies normal??

I've been wondering about this for a long time & wanted a few opinions.
I've had fantasies about being raped since I was 15.
I actually was raped when I was 14.
I get turned on when I see scenes in movies or read stories of other girls getting raped.
It bothers me but at the same time I like it.
If a guy tries to touch me or whatever when I don't want him to I get really nervous & scared.
But later I'll think about what could have happened & become aroused.
I've told my boyfriend I was raped & I wanted to do role playing & have him pretend he was rapping me.
I guess it was a major turn off because he said no & kinda stared at the wall for half an hour like wtf.
I figure it isn't normal but I figured I'd ask.

Maybe you should just stick to rough sex. Asking to be raped puts a guy in a very awkward position (that being the rapist position).

Some people with PTSD become obsessed with recreating the original trauma. So I'd say this is normal, even if you gave your boyfriend the squicks.

I was raped by my older brother at 12 (he was 29) and it very much disturbed me, yet I still have a rape fetish. I hope to god I am NEVER raped again, and it is a very scary thing.

It seems in real life, actual rape is a horrible and tragic thing but in fiction, (Movies, books, role playing, etc.) the fetish is just fine.

So long as your rape fantasies do not escalate to the point where you would rape another human being, or go looking to be actually raped, I think its nothing to worry about.

Well this is obviously you wanting to be dominated... No matter how much therapy you get you will always want the rape role-play. The brain wants to relate a previous bad experience to a new good one. There are many people willing to for fill this, just google bdsm... All over the net. It's basically a community of D/s relationships.

Yes yes yes! This is completely normal. Look up S&M. They have a lot of different fetishes and deviant sexual tastes. This one I think is one of the most common. While some frown upon such behaviour it is not something you can stop if among two consenting adults. You have the sadist who wants to make other or watch others feeling pain. The second is the person who wants to be dominated, abused, and below another for sexual satisfaction.

Although you can be a sadist and not get sexual thrill from it but do it since you find it pleasurable in a different manner. They have communities and clubs that you can go to for this kind of thing. However I have no idea where to find them so you have to do the research for yourself.

The Vampire communities tend to be into S&M and well if you think about it those life styles go hand and hand. Vampire relationships tend to be very well kinky. So you can imagine the communities dedicated to it would be as well. You have the corky, nasty, violent, and fetishes.

NASTY: is those who enjoy eating food, turds, urine, vomit or anything that can be ingested during sex for sexual satisfaction. Like if someone says they want to cover a female in hot fudge and ice cream and lick it off or the Two girls one cup video.

VIOLENT: which is ball gags, knives, being tied to the bed, rape, blood, domination and anything like that.

FETISHES: which would be things like feet, feathers, leather, and any object which creates an arousal that normally would not.

CORKY: which is furies, dressing up like toddlers, things that cant be described as anything beside really weird.

I hope this cleared everything up. No they do not have set category's. I just went and made some since this is such a broad subject and covers a lot. So this should make it less confusing.

You also have aphrodisiacs but I not going into that for now. I will say an aphrodisiac is not the same as a fetish though.

Some have actually debated this is a mental illness but too many people on both sides for them to label it as such. I personally do not see why it should be a problem if both parties are having fun and consenting. So what you do is really up to you. Long as you do not force it on anyone and no one forces anything on you that you are not ok with should be fine. Just make sure that you do it with someone you really really trust. I hope this helps.

its totally normal to me at least..
i too have this feeling when i look back and imagine what could have happened..
but if you really enjoy it, don't back-off when someone tries to touch you against ur will..
go for it, have him rape you (against your will of course) but keep encouraging him throughout with 'indirect' or 'less obvious' signs..
that's one way to satisfy your rape fantasies..
