Working in retail gets so fuckig frustrating. The laziest slobs on the face of the earth come to our store and decide that it's okay to just throw their trash all over the fucking place and grab food off the shelves and eat it as they shop then put the half eaten merchandise in random places all around the store. They leave their empty Starbucks cups on the shelves, spill their coffee on the floor and knock things over and after that say "It's not my job to clean it up" and walk off. WHAT THE FUCK

This lazy fat bitch decided she didn't want her slab of ribs, so instead of walking 20 feet back to the meat department, she hides it on the shelf behind the canned goods and they were found a week later and molding.

I'm so pissed at these people. Is it normal I feel like this?

Your comment reminds me of the Walmart I shop at. It's smack-dab in the middle of two towns. It attracts the ghetto poor people from one town and the rich snobby people from another. The poor people are usually loud and will threaten to use violence if one accidentally bumps into them or takes the last of the item they want. The rich ones, when angry will brag that they could buy the person they're arguing with and will brag about what they own as a comeback in an argument. It's pretty damn funny seeing these adults act so stupid.

I worked retail at goodwill a few years ago. It was miserable and even employees working there for 25 years earned minimum wage still. I will never do retail again and would rather go live in the woods in a tent than have a job like that.

I work retail and hate it. Retail is living in Hell. Not many decent jobs pop up either, it's annoying.

Yes it's normal.

Retail can be pleasant or hell, depending on the customer-base.

Some people are dumb, some people are lazy, some people are both. Shops selling the kind of products everyone buys at the kind of prices everyone can afford will attract the broadest section of the population, meaning the best and the WORST people.
