Are new zealand women more visual than women from other countries?

I have caught so many women starting at my ass.

I had these two women talking about my ass while walking behind me.

I had this woman come sit on the same seat as me in public and look into my eyes while sitting herself down.

I had this woman at university in class just start rubbing her foot up and down my leg.

I had this random woman sit next to me on the bus and look deep into my eyes while doing it even though seats were free next to other women.

I have had women do others things to me as well.

I have heard people from overseas say women are not like this but experiences say different. Does it sound like New Zealand women are more like this?

I am not saying it is bad in anyway. I am just curious to know.
