Are my masturbation fantasies disturbing?

So I (23M) have some seriously disturbing fetishes . I funnily enough can't orgasm from pornography (don't find it repulsive, it just doesn't do anything for me) and this led me not to start masturbating until I was 18.

I'm attracted only to posh/middle class, good looking men and women of all ages but when I masturbate, I can't seem to get off on that. My mind gets horny when I turn to depravity. The biggest fetish I have is me imagining myself as a well dressed woman and having some fat, ugly, or homeless man person put his hands down my pants, force me down and penetrate me.

I've told my family and a few friends and they say it's quite odd. I doesn't bother me but one friend who studies psychology said it could point to being sexually abused as a kid.
