    Fetishes can be over emphasised somewhat all of yours are quite natural and normal even though they would not be mine but each to his/her own I say Yours somewhat weird but plausable. having them but finding someone to act them out with can be a challenge

    As a percentage of the total population, I don't believe that these are common. This being the internet, however, there's probably forums for all of those.
