Are my eyes normal

Wish i could see past 10 feet without it being blurry

I can make my sight blurry too and I also see really well

I can do this too. And when I look into sunlight I think I can see the cells in my eyelashes. I mean, I've used a microscope so I have a general idea of what animal cells look like and I can see colorless cells when I look at any light for that matter, except for LEDs. Is that normal?
