Absolutely. They're called precognitive dreams, and there are many cases on record, most notably, Daved Booth, who dreamt of the crash of AA Flight 191, in Chicago in 1979, 3 days before. The FAA logged in his calls, but he couldn't give them enough information to go on.
Yes, they are. I've had quite a few minor Premonitions that ended up coming true. As for anything major, I can't remember having one to have come true yet unless, of course, my memory really is that bad and I did.
