My cousin visited the states( I'm from Saudi Arabia) so he said when he went to California,all American there are fat, look sickly and the line to McDonalds is filled with such people. He also said american are the most unfriendly people he met, they look at him differently his black Arabic. Is this true,and are all Americans this filthy in look and nature
Yes and no. America is an enormous country and we are populated throughout our land (OK not like India but more than Saudi Arabia). On average we are not as friendly as Arab people. We also have many who fear Arabs and could give them a bad impression. We also do have many McDonalds and many very fat sickly people. However this picture is not complete. In America you will find every type of person in fact I often meet people who before I could not imagine existed, and I am American!!! The more you travel with wide eyes you will see that no "all people" are one way. Even in one family you will notice such differences. To be serious I think what you have asked is quite a stupid question, as I am sure you have seen pictures of americans that dont look like this. I hope you are not the person who pretends to be from Saudi Arabia

Much of America tends to be Jew's and Christians and many Jew's have moved to America to escape prosecution from various parties in the past. America is also at war in the middle east and tends to side with Jew's who are also fighting Muslim's in their own country. So there is a lot of reason Americans would not trust Muslim's. As far as fat, America does have an obesity problem but not everyone is fat.
