Anyone sick from eating ass?

For all those who rim ass. Has anyone become ill, had an infection etc as a result of eating ass? I've heard you can get sick because of the bacteria but I dont know anyone who has. Have any of you?

    I don't know anyone who has, but then again, my friends wouldn't tell me if they did.
