    Just make yourself spend less time on here then. If ever I'm visiting I just spend an hour or if I haven't stopped by for a while it can be a bit more than that. I don't think that's excessive.

    Ok this place is not monitored any more it says so when you sign in , hence going downhill. There is one online I think it said that is monitored.
    I look in maybe a few moments a day or week depends .
    I'm on kik too much though so it's a trade off. I think you Get hooked to one app at a time , get bored of it and move on . Yeah it's par for the course.

    I spend six hours per day on IIN but it's because that's the same amount of time I spend using a computer at work. I never come here when I'm home.

    I don't think I spend a lot of time here, but I spend a fair amount of time here. Eh, I like coming here. It's normal to spend a lot of time on IIN.
