There’s a few really grotesque things I’d do for a lifetime supply.

I didn’t realize that you were so ignorant to decide yourself just to one gender… that’s fucking racist. Honestly this changes my feelings for you.

I find hydration around the eyes quite helpful it lifts fatigue. Also some ginger and arrowroot in the late afternoon. From there relax your cerebral cortex at night and no electronics for at least 2 hrs before bed. Good luck

Get enough sleep, exercise, eat a balanced diet. Those are super basic things to try.

What things normally grab your interest? Any hobbies? Any shows/movies/singers that inspire you? Consume art, is my point. It might help.

I get brain fog from both anxiety and depression. I dont know what helps. I just tend to wait for it to pass. Mindfulness exercises can help for sure, and talking to someone you trust about it so you feel more present and less lonely. Going for walks.
It really is individual what helps. Exercise is a general thing mental health professionals tend to advice.
