Anyone know how to get rid of bags, im only 21!?

I posted about this ages ago and Nokiot gave me a link to what seemed like a great site but the dam bastards wouldn't ship over seas :/
I have tried all the old school tricks and they don't work at all! So they're out of the question.
It would be great if someone knows a person that uses a specific cream or serum for targetting this issue and that can ship to NZ?
I really can't stand my bags and I would like to find a way without having to resort to surgery.

Note- I do drink plenty water on a daily basis and get good sleep, so that's not the problem either.

    Put rocks in them and toss them off a bridge. I don't know of any cream that will make bags disappear, but bridges are rather plentiful, so give them a toss and be rid of them.

        It's hemorrhoid cream. The active ingredients in it shrink swelling and soothe skin.

    I am 19, I don't understand why people resent under eye circles.. eye bags (little different)... Where I live, they are considered attractive, as it makes you look as though you work harder, and almost gives you that vampire vibe to you... especially on a guy(damn...even if he is irritable due to lack of sleep, I am attracted to that, ....I had a teacher in middle school who always had these purple circles under his eyes and all the girls would fawn over him, I just was more secretive) Whenever I see a guy or girl I always think they are up late doing stuff, which gives a vibe of mystery to me....

    oh lord... It melts me inside...

    .... I have actually reduced my sleep... I have been aiming to get under eye circles to develop this effect... I am not attracted to the eye bags though....It makes you look like a puffy Gremlin or Grandmother.

    Try hyaluronic acid. It does work, but only to a point. You can get it over the counter on Amazon and elsewhere. Also, use concealer. There are many YouTube videos that demonstrate how to apply it.

    I have bags too. I have had them my whole life. I have tried everything as well. Honestly I really don't believe that creams and shit work. I say truthfully the only way to get long term and permanent results would to be to have some type of surgery. Now my mom did get juvederm injections and botox that helped but again it's something you have to keep up with and do routinely every so often.
