Anyone else cringe at ghetto english as i call it?

I often hear mostly black people but not racist its just an observation, completely butchering the english language... I hear them talk like this example here "aye nigga dem Dere crackers dont no nothin bout dat, shit nigga im lookin fo a hoe on da low dem bitches aint nothin but shit nigga you dont like two chains nigga if you dont like rap you racist" I could go on but I can't stand the repetition of the way I hear people like this saying "nigga" every other word and hearing the contradictive speech they speak. It's literally so annoying and sad that you can't even educate yourself to speak fluent english. It sounds absolutely retarded and people with any kind of brain and decent education do not want to be around your ghetto shit excuse for a vocabulary if you talk like that. Okay enough venting, what does everyone else think? I also hear white people talk like this too sometimes and they will sag their pants and treat women with disrespect and wonder why the woman doesn't want to be around them or why they can't find a job. Literal trash of society, and I'm not here to judge from some sort of high horse because I'm pretty low on the totem pole of society as a recovering addict with schizophrenia, but it's kind of ridiculous to see other people talking like a retarded chimp it just bugs me.
