I have many Psychic 'moments' when things happen that I dreamt/thought of the day before. It's really creepy, I think I'm Psychic or magic. Any1 else think they are? Or share your stories below, vote! :-)

I don't believe in psychics I believe it all comes down to the law of probability for things like thegypseysailor mentioned, also things like littlewood's law explain for me things that may otherwise be defined as strange coincidences,
As for dreaming something will happen and then it happens, either the things explained above or that you act subconsciously to make your dream happen, you actively take steps to make it happen without conscious effort,
But hey, as skeptical as I am nothing would make me happier than to experience something that will change my mind
OMG I had a premonition someone was going to post about this subject today - and they did!
People have always said I was psychic like my great aunt, but I think I'm just perceptive and observant. However, I often do have premonitions in my dreams, and I'm pretty good at guessing certain things I really shouldn't be able to guess. Who knows, but I'm not going to set up shop palm-reading as Madame Koda any time soon.
It's called coincidence, not being psychic. It happens to most people reasonably often. Just the other day I was thinking of a couple of friends on another boat and voila, there they were, anchored in Martinique when we arrived.
Not psychic, but I have had premonitions since I've been a child.
I don't control them or when they happen but they're almost always in the form of dreams but are sometimes in the form of strange feelings and nausea that I get.
I've dreamed of my boyfriend cheating on me and breaking up with me for no reason, we were on great terms and I hadn't suspected anything until I dreamed it. The next day he texted me and told me all of it.
I dreamed that one of my ex boyfriends was trying to talk to me, even though we hadn't spoken in 8 months and the next day he messaged me out of the blue on facebook and was suicidal and needed my help. A few weeks later I predicted in a dream that he would get a job and he did.
When I was a kid I predicted my dog would be hit by a car, that my mom's friend would flip his 4 wheeler and break his jaw (and this scared her immensely because it was so accurate and I told her before it even happened). I've predicted my family members getting jobs, people I know getting hurt/injured, conversations and things people say to me before they're actually said, and other things I don't really want to get into.
I've seen two psychologists because my premonitions give me immense anxiety, and it's gotten to the point that when I dream vividly I don't know if it's just a dream anymore or if it will actually transpire in real time. I'm not crazy, I'm not psychic and this isn't something I enjoy. I am an extremely empathetic person connected to my surrounding environment and I think I just pick up on things subconsciously and predict patterns in behavior and events, or so I've been told.
Some things have happened in my life that were way more than a coincidence. Whether it was spiritual, psychic or my brain's intuition it happened and it freaks me out sometimes but it's also an amazing reminder of how awesome our bodies are, and how there's a bigger thing that connects all of us together weather its our spiritual beings or our energy or brainwaves. Its fucking cool.
someone is trying get in contact with you , they are not in our world however . I would suggest opening your mind and spirit to the idea of communicating as to make it easier for this individual to connect with you.

I always get theses feelings where I feel like something bad is going to happen. Never fails few days later something bad happens. I also do the dream thing as well.
Unfortunately, there is actually a name for this; the self fulfilling prophesy. As kingofcarrotflowers says, it is all too easy to subconsciously cause things we expect to happen, to happen.
I agree when it comes to myself. Typically I get bad feelings about others so there isn't a way for me to subconsciously cause something bad to happen in their lives. I typically coin it to coincidence or something in those regards. But it is a strange feeling to say the least.
I am, I don't like it so much. Infect (you aren't going to believe me) I had a dream a few months ago that I was on some website and someone asked this question. Sometimes they take longer to come true, sometimes it happens the next day. In between then though, I have the White Lady to keep me company.
Lots of times I dreampt of something and (mostly) months later it became true somehow =/

I dreamt that I had a heavy period two weeks ago and I'm still menstruating ever since. Does that count? lol
