Any good ways to recruit more generals in grand battle?

I really enjoy being a commander in the android game Grand Battle. I feel quite excited especially when I subject the generals to my command. Can any one tell me how to recruit more high-level generals? The purple ones are great. Many thanks!

    You've got to run them through initiation and pass red in the green zone. Place a filter on the list and go for experience and hit points. If you build up enough you can recruit. Best of luck.
