Annoyed brother-in-law is upset i didn’t use his gift

He got me an Alexa fourth months ago as housewarming present. I’ve yet to set it up to be honest.

But I heard from sister (she could be lying) that he’s pissed I haven’t used it yet. Yes, she may be trying to stir the pot, but knowing him for 13 years I could see him being upset about that.

And if he is mad, now is the time for my pettiness. I mean let’s be fair, I didn’t ask for the gift, and of it pisses him off so much maybe he should be reminded who took him to the ER in the early hours before work because his wife at 32 doesn’t drive, took his cat to be put down when they were at work, kept their pregnancy a secret, and drives his wife around when plays video games.
