Annoyed at copycat friends

Every time I do something or get a good idea; whether it be a novel idea for my hobby or assignment ideas or results, I always get pissed off at my friends because they COPY me. It makes me SO SO SO angry and annoyed. Everytime- always- they do this. Theyre the best friends I could ask for with anyhing else but when it comes to things like this.. it annoys me.. Is this normal? to despise your friends for stealing your work or ideas??

    It's absltly normal.I have friends like that 2.I start to love something at that time they have no idea what it's .But when it gets popular they start to love it 2.I think they have no personalities.

    It means that you are looked up to and admired by those people who copy you.
    You have a sort of power over them, so to speak.
    You have the ability to exert influence in a way that others recognize and comply with.
    This is a good thing.
    You would be better off learning how to use this gift to help others, and create good things for yourself, rather than to complain about your ideas being too well liked.

    I had a friend like that.. When I decided I love a singer she became a fan too and when I decided that a special brand was cool she became fan too. That annoyed me so much. I am so happy we are on different island now

    yes. I CANNOT STAND IT when people do that. Just tell them to stop. My friends used to do that too. I just ended up not showing them my work.

    My best friend used to do that with the music I listen to. I show her a song and a few days later its on her myspace. It ticks me off so I told her to stop and she doesnt listen to them anymore =)

    Stop telling them ideas for novels, that's a bad habit to get into in the first place. Anyone, not just your friends, can steal your ideas. Keep them to yourself.

    I got that too from a ladyfriend of mine. What I find is good revenge is when they copy it they typically add a few of their own bits. Steal the ones you want from them, too. (She took photos from my "fun file" on facebook and made her own, using mostly mine. I added to mine using what few original ones she had of hers. My album was created fist.
