      I personally watch anime, but i grew up with it, it was just animation to me, i did even know any difference between cartoons and anime

      my only problems with anime are the many troupes in most now days. and the crazy oktaku''s that distort reality with animation.

      That being said even if you thing Anime is for kids or something i think there is always an anime that someone would like. I mean basically anything from Studio Ghibli Is on Par with any good Pixar movie in being enjoyable for all ages

      a lot of anime is shit, I cringe at half the things anime fans recommend to me but there are some amazing films, that's like saying fuck live action films, there is a massive range of genres and sensibilities in live action films, can I recommend one thing to change your mind, its the most westernised and mature anime I've ever seen, if you still think fuck anime after it so be it but I think it will at least show you there is another side to anime other than creepy fan service and annoying high pitched voices

    Since wishing won't make it true, perhaps a lot more energy should be spent making reality more pleasant, than trying to do the impossible and escaping into fantasy. That way lies madness, which is also an escape, though one most would find intolerable, after a bit of time.

    I'd live in the anime world- def Naruto Land so I could finally bag my fictional husband Kakashi but I'd have the ability to travel through realities - so I'd be able to come back to my current reality when I wanted to but also be able to visit Fairy Tale Land and steal Frosch (& Rogue - yummy ;) ) then pop off to the Marvel Universe to grab Fantomex (as I will be living my life as a polygamist obvs) and go for drinks with Deadpool & Psylocke :) Then on the way back to life with Fantomex/Rogue/Kakashi I would stop by the Assassination Classroom & see if I could kill Koro Sensei and Natsume Yuujinchou World to grab Madara/ Nyanko Sensei to add to my collection of cats/exceed that I take with me where I go (using some sort of summoning Jutsu like Kakashi with Pakkun et al or Tsunade with Katsuya :)
    So I'd basically live as a man eating, cat loving badass going where I want and when I want....not that I've given it much thought or anything ;)

    i cant imagine myself in a pseudo 3d kind of anime world sorry, so i guess id rather the real world anyways if you get out of the city its much more interesting than any anime environment

    I'd personally want to live in To Love-Ru except I'd pull an Akatsuki Ousawa from Hagure Yuusha and the harem would be crazy as hell and I'd be in heaven! Now maybe another in a much less perverse manner, I'd like to live in the One Piece world and join the Straw Hat Pirates and explore the seas!

    I am not a weeaboo by any means but I do enjoy my fair share of subbed anime along with other forms of entertainment. I have a pretty pessimistic view on reality and if I could escape it to live in an anime world I wouldn't hesitate.

      Did you know Corpse Party? It is a gory, sad and disturbing anime. The innocent highschool students being trapped in a school full of ghosts and being killed in a brutal way. It's very messed up.

          There are also an anime and a manga for it. The manga is less brutal than the anime. Listening to their tortured voices made me depressed. I don't know what my facial expression looked like when the screaming part came, lol.
