Anger problems.

I have a hard life(well basicaly everyone does these days). If I'm having a particularily bad I feel as if I'm gonna snap and kill someone if they piss me off. I am just wondering if anyone feels this way and if you do comment how you make yourself calm down.

    Dont go with the whole punchin stuff thing, when i get pissed off i automatically snap and punch things only like 2 doors in my house dont have punch holes in them and ive got broken knuckles on each fist. If u find a way to calm down let me know lol

    I totally understand. I have an anger problem as well, though I'm way too far-gone to get help for it. How do I calm down? I hurt people. Badly. I insult them and put them down to the point where they're broken. I troll. I cut people off on the road, and then yell at them. I tell people to go die. I have turned into a horrible, terrible human being. Anger can do that to you after a while...
    I do NOT suggest taking my route. I'm broken to the point where I can't be repaired. But it sounds like you're not far-gone, so maybe finding someone to talk to or writing your feelings down will help?

    don't take your anger out on the innocence. It's probably hormones or just your emotions bottling up and ready to explode. Everyone has stages throughout their life and its pretty normal. You could take an anger management course (which actually helps with keeping calm).

    ok half of these comments will never help if not make things worse. if its bullying 9 times out of ten its because you are an outcast. work your way up from the nerds to the norms to popular. if its stress just...uh..masturbate

    I play really loud screamo and hard rock music. And work out or run. Or yell and scream into my pillows and punch pillows or things I can't break. Then I listen to Monster by Skillet (really awesome song that has a great message relating to this in it). And then calmer music like classic rock. Then deep breaths and techno. Then lounge music and long deep breaths and drinking something smooth and sweet, like sweet tea. This always helps.

  • Attack random people you find in public. I gaurantee you'll be feeling much better, oh and aim for the bigger people who you KNOW could beat your ass. have fun!

  • Hey, I get angry pretty easily when I'm having those awful days as well!
    I do a lot of sport which is a fantastic way of relieving stress. I recommend doing sport or joining a gym, but if you are not fond of those ideas I think just watching a moving and getting your mind of it's pretty good as well :)
