Anal leakage?

Recently I've noticed I've been having "wet" farts. I go to the bathroom, and when I pass gas, there's this clear liquid/goo that comes from my anus. It never happened before. Just wondering if this is normal?

    I went through a phase like that when I was a bit younger, just on occasion for a month or so. I realised it coincided with something I was really nervous about, so perhaps it's anxiety-related?
