I havea serious recurring problem of pain on the hairs surrounding the opening of my anus(male). It hurts when walking, bending over ect and it hurts like a fucking bitch to wipe my ass. Shaving is awkward and takes a lot of work to barely help. Is seriously want legit advice or even just ideas to try please and thank you!
You should go see a dermatologist. Seriously though.
You could have a skin infection in the area or chronic cellulitis. A dermatologist can assess what the cause of the pain is and give you different treatment options.
Do not wax it, do not shave it - see a doctor. No, the doctor won't care that you're making an appointment for painful asshole hair - trust me. Don't be embarrassed, its a lot more common than you'd think in men.
Do you shower daily, and wipe yourself when using the toilet?
If so, try checking into electrolysis.... permanent hair removal.

I'm not sure, because I'm not a professional aesthetician. I think you should probably get it done professionally first before you do it yourself.
Another thing to consider would be the possibility of getting electric clippers that can trim the hair. Buy the smaller clipper like the kind that some women use to trim their pubes.
