Amphetamines make it easier to get off

It seems to kill it for most people, but it increases mine, and the funny thing is, combining it with an SSRI is what gives me the almost ecstasy-like sex drive. Without Prozac or Zoloft, the thought of doing anything sexual doesn't even occur to me, even though all of these drugs are notorious for causing impotence.

It gets weirder. Combining Celexa and Adderall gave me spontaneous orgasms in mixed company, and Vyvanse + Zoloft gave me 45 second orgasms that made me almost late for work sometimes.

Is this just another case of drugs having the opposite of normal effect on me?

    Back to your question: the stimulant effect on you sex drive = perfectly normal. To this extent? = not normal. but quite enjoyable I'm sure. Definitely a strong side effect. Would mention to your doctor, unless you want to maintain 45 second orgasms. Damn, doesn't that completely drain you?

    Guy seems to have access to a lot of prescription drugs; I wonder why? Have his drug cocktails addled his brain so much he thinks he's getting off when he's not?
    It could explain why he is so different than most?

      Wow, that was judgmental. It's true I have been on a lot of drugs, but the ones I was talking about are standard ADHD regimens. SSRIs are pretty benign as far as prescription drugs go, and their so-so efficacy rate means that many people end up trying several before they find one that works.

      Also, I take the lowest possible dose of anything "hard."

        Not so judgmental as seeking an answer why you are so different to most on here.
        Like every other one of the "alphabet syndromes" ADHD is just another excuse for many doctors to up their kickback rate from the pharmaceutical companies. High doses or low, you are just treating the symptoms and not achieving a cure, if you really even have something that needs curing.
        I've never been much of a fan of giving speed to children, anyway.

    lol at being late for work! What better reason...
    I'm surprised that the SSRI's do it for you.
    For me, certain amphetamine drugs (meth) were amazingly great for sex, and others (ecstasy) are not so great. It's a bit hard to tell because after being awake drinking for days, the positive sexual effects tend to wear off :)

    I wasn't aware that amphetamines were supposed to kill it. They are 'uppers' after all...
    But yeah, different strokes - as always.
