    Doesn't sound necessarily sex-related. A pinched nerve, at any point that night (or even the night/days prior) could be at fault, also and just not manifesting until that morning.

    I've somehow pinched nerves before and lost all sensitivity (100%) in several of my toes, for several years. It comes and goes, without warning.

    Likely it'll come back on it's own; nothing to worry about.
