well i've noticed for awhile(6 yrs i think) now that... I really don't give a fuck about others, (My family, my friends are included.) They could be shot or beatened to death in front of me and I wouldn't care... ofc I'de have to worry about my future if they are dead but that's it... I'm worried though because Today I made a friend of mine cry by talking about how they don't know their parents. Especially when they are dead... I'm really concerned about this... I even smiled...
I mean I cry when I'm reading a book if it's sad but I really don't care about others in life....

    I searched "talking toilet" and it brought me here, but this has nothing to do with toilets that are capable of speech.

    That aside, I think you should see a therapist.

    If you talk to the therapist, you can find out why you are so emotionally shut down. Being unable to express empathy may seem like a convenient way to numb yourself, but you're going to miss out on so much in life if you let it fester.

    i'd say it's normal but i think you should talk about this to a close friend or better yet a professional. This happens to lots of people and usually stems from something early on in childhood. Don't have guilt about it cause it's not intentional.
