Ok need a TL/DR version on this post:

Would you be concerned the woman in the pic below is possibly too silly or narcissistic to run all the schools in NYC and NO its NOT based on her race. It's her silly crown, pose and ridiculous dress. I'm worried my new school boss may be immature as fuck. Here's the pic:

    We know basically nothing about this person. I'm not sure that we can judge someone's ability to run schools based off of one picture.
