Ive never had sex but I've fingered at least 17 women. Why because I have a fear of catching something. I've never had any complaints except maybe five times were a partner wanted to go further but I didnt want to. Is this normal and am I still a Virgin?

Virginity has nothing to do with penetration or the hymen. The hymen itself is Not supposed to be broken- with proper prep it gently stretches and eventually wears away.
