Am i just introverted or do i have a personality disorder?

During social activities I'm very uncomfortable, and feel very alone. I also worry about what others may think of me, and tend to be very quiet as I'm afraid I may embarrass myself. But when I'm alone I'm happiest, and comfortable. I also have very few friends

    Worst case scenario you have social anxiety or self esteem issues, both of which can be improved with therapy
