Am i just dumb?

I'm currently going to university, majoring in International Business Administration. I need 150 credits in order to graduate in 4 years and I can get 3-4 credits/subject.

This semester, i'm taking Quantitative Analysis, E-commerce, Business Law, Organizational Behavior, Financial Management and Critical Thinking. I have one class of each subject a week, and the class lasts for 3.5 hours. We get a 30 min break after 2 hour and come back for another 1 hour. However, I can only concentrate for the 1st 2 hours. After the break, i keep zoning out and can't hear anything my professors say. The result, I can't understand Quantitative Analysis and Financial Management. But my friends, who take more classes than me, can understand them well.

Am I just stupid? (sorry about the bad English btw, it isn't my 1st language)

    If you are not interested in or able to apply what you are being taught, you will not be able to learn it. That is just how the brain works.

    No, you are not dumb. It appears that maybe you took on too much at one time. However, if you feel that you should be handling this much and feel that you should be capable, perhaps check with your doctor to see if you have a mild case of ADD for which they can prescribe a medication (like Ritalin) so that you can concentrate in the afternoon as well as in the morning. Also, are you eating anything during that break? You should not be having anything like soda, candy, white flour, white sugar as these can zap your energy and ruin your concentration. And as for this not being your first language, I think you did just fine. Good luck to you.
