Am i in love?

There's this chick that I've liked for about 2 years so far. I've recently told her how I feel and at first she said, I don't know then she doesn't like me. I tried to get over her but couldn't.I avoided her in the hallways at my school and tried not to think about her. It wasn't until this week that we both made eye contact in the hallways she looked away quickly then looked at me again. We stared at each other till we passed. She also said hi to me as I was walking home when I saw her on the bus. Everytime I see her, I feel weak inside and my legs feel shakey. I told my friends about this and they said I'm in love. I know there's nothing I can do about it because High School is almost over and I'll prolly never see her again but there's one thing I want to know. Am I in love with this chick? When I see her, I feel happier. Is it normal?

    That's some tough shit, but yes I strongly belive that you could be in love, however I would use this time to try to be with her as much as you can with out being clingy or anything.

    Ohhh totally normal. It sounds like a crush, but it could be that your in love with her too. Can you see if the two of you can just be friends for now? See where that leads. if she's staring at you, then looking away fast, saying "hi" she might just be starting to crush on you now.
    If your scared about never seeing her after high school, then do all you can to start up some kind of friendship. She probably wants to get to know you better. The fact that she's saying "hi" and smiling etc at you is a great sign. If she was running away screaming whenever she saw you, might not be so good :-)

    It is normal, but probably not love. Love is really complex and you have to know someone really well, trust them, have failed in front of them, ect. and see that the relationship can really survive all of that for it to be true love. But, it could def be infatuation. And I still say go for it. You never know what will happen!

    awww...um yes totally normal. try to become close freinds and hang out outside of school. dont try to push anything- just let it happen. and dont call her chick
