I like asswhole kinds of guys. Not like super jerks but guys that are just idk guys lol. When they are straight up like "duh I'm gonna go to the carshow with my buddies than just stay inside with you" or something like that. Its just so honest and boyish like. It turns me on. Of course not all the time but when they make comments like that here and there, I find it cute and funny. I don't take it personal or like its hurting me even though people say I should. Meh, they are just thinking the typical. Am I in danger though if I do get with these types of guys? Like especially for the future. I am seeing this guy who is sweet when he wants to but most of the time he's raw and a douche. The thing is I am in love with him and some of the things he does tho get to me but because I have strong feelings for him. So I do see a future with him, am in danger considering he can be an asswhole sometimes and really not give a shit?

    I don't think you're in danger as such, more like your feelings are being compromised. You say you like it but will you continue to do so should he insult you in front of people and if you decide to get married, your children?

    It is fine wanting a partner who is fun and different but I think in every relationship there should be compromise.

    Depends on much more than that.
    What you described didn't seem bad.
    But if a guy acts violent, then you are in danger.
    A good way to tell how somone will act is watch how they treat others.
    Also if someone is mean but keeps begging for forgiveness, it is guarenteed they are manipulative and will keep doing it.
    Peoples behaviors always repeat.
    There are a lot of people who act nice to people they dont give a shit about.
    If you think someone who does these things is a badass, you would be wrong
    A badass wouldn't give a fuck about your approval and wont act needy because they certainly do not need you to feel good.
    Guys who become abusive and beg for forgivness saying they love you are nothing but little bitch pussies. Same with anyone who is controlling to satisify their insecurities.
    But there are guys who are simply rude and unempathetic who are also not violent, mean or controlling and they are not bad people.
    Positive asshole traits are saying what you think without concern for upsetting someone and not tolerating peoples bullshit.

      Yeah thats pretty much like the guy Im dating. He can be sucha douche and is totally not apologetic which is what I like cause he's just being himself without the intention to hurt me. It can be really annoying at times though when you're trying to get through his head and he simply won't get it. But I remind myself why I do like him and what made me want to be with him in the beginning and one of the reasons is because of his asswhole like behavior.
